The Pokey Oaks Kindergarten had been on a out of town field trip, and thus had no idea of the rampage going on in the city; until the the large furry lower left arm of Kevin 11 lifted their bus up into the air.

"Ahhh!!" The bus driver screamed in terror, while the bus' other occupants screamed and wailed in equal fear.

"Oh dear," screamed Miss Keane, the Pokey Oaks kindergarten teacher and the chaperon of the class trip. "Somebody help!!!"

But it was to no avail. Kevin leered into the windows and shook the bus as the frightened kids cowered under their seats, or clung to Miss Keane for leverage.

"Oh God, NOO!!!" Juniper gasped in horror, covering the mouth of her helmet at the sight.

"Kindermörder!" Kurt hissed up at Kevin in his native language.

"No, they're innocents!!" Ben shouted up at Kevin in moral outrage.

"DESPAIR, STOP THIS AT ONCE!!" Danny/Tyranno shouted out to the Sorceress. But the wicked woman just laughed in euphoric joy over the power she now held over the rangers.

"IT'S TIME NOW TO COMPLETE MY EVIL PLAN!" Lady Despair turns to point her scepter at her general. "KEVIN, DO IT!!"

Kevin nodded his head in understanding, and quickly turned to stomp away from the harbor. Despair on Jangeran followed as they headed out of the city.

"After them!" Tyranno/Danny shouted out as he and the others quickly boarded their vehicles and gave chase after Lady Despair and her giant lackey.

Deep in study, Wizard Yen Sid had decided to consult the stars, but when he brought out his star charts to see the proper alignment for the Celestial Markers. He came to a sudden realization; one that filled him with dread as he noticed there was a slight change in the charts, and what was featured in his magic scroll. It depicted the stars and planets as if the sky was night, and you could see them clearly, and he noticed something very disturbing.

Quickly, Yen Sid summoned a book from a shelf and pulled it open, showing the sun and a black object slowly covering its luminance. It showed, on a birds eye view, the planets in the galaxy and the Earth's moon being the one blocking the sun.

"No...." Yen Sid gasped in horror. "How could I not have foreseen this? Sierra's plan is fiendish, and it will work unless I inform the others!!!"

Summoning his powers, Yen Sid enveloped himself in a cloud of blue-sparkling smoke and soon he was carried away, hopefully to catch up to his young charges in time.

The Zyurangers soon arrived at their destination, a lone valley, with tall cliffs, and as our heroes drive to a sheer, flat cliff. They spy Lady Despair at the top, with Saleen, her blue collar and black silk trains fluttered or ruffled in the wind as she sneered down at the Zyurangers like they were ants.

"Lady Despair!!" Danny shouted up at the sorceress angrily, as she twiddled her scepter's handle in her hands with a gleeful chuckle.

"So, you decided to show up after all," She then pointed off to her side. "Just for that, I'll give you a little reward."

The Zyurangers looked in the direction her finger was pointing and saw a frightening sight. The bus from before was slowly being moved toward the edge of a high-cliff, behind it was Jack, Billy, several Large Bodies and Defenders.

The Defenders themselves were rather simple in design, resembling a knight clad in purple and blue armor with white trim and yellow buttons; they also had the tell-tale Heartless zig-zag jawline, with a purple head and a silver jaw. The arms and torso were also proportioned much larger than the head and legs, the arm not holding the Defender's main weapon actually rested ape-like on the ground. The most noticeable part of the Heartless was the massive and fearsome shield. The barrier portion of the shield was a simple blue and light blue pattern with gold trim, but far more prominent was the very large and very dangerous blue-black dog head, complete with sharp fangs and spiked collar. The yellow eyes, one centered on the forehead, glowed with a ominous light.

The Large Bodies helped by pressing down on two large logs, used to lever the bus up so its front wheels would slide forward; while the Defenders stalked around the bus. The frightening dog-faces biting and blowing cold-frost at any of the students, Miss Keane or the bus driver when they attempted escape.

"Fall! Fall! Fall!" Billy chanted to the Large Bodies, as Jack supervised the Defenders, making sure they kept the hostages in the bus.

"But wait!" Lady Despair calls back the Zyurangers attention. "Take a look behind door number two!"

She pointed down at the bottom of the cliff, where positioned right where the bus would land if it crashed, was a chest. It was open, revealing two speckled eggs, larger than normal eggs.

"THE DINOSAUR EGGS!!" Raph shouted out in alarm.

The Dinosaur Eggs, the last ones on Earth, thought to have been wiped out long ago by Lady Despair's interference. Two eggs had been put into a sort of stasis in a magical chest to be protected. Now they were in the worst possible position of them all. For Lady Despair had acquired the eggs earlier, and now were using them for some nefarious purpose.

"I wonder if you've gathered what kind of position you're in, fools." Lady Despairs sneered at the heroes. "If the bus falls, the children and their chaperone on the bus will all die! And the Dinosaur Eggs will be turned into yolk!"

"And then the 'Yolk's' on you," snickered Saleen from Lady Despair's side.

"Oh!" Sierra's eyes gleamed in surprise. "Good one, Saleen, I didn't think of that one."

The two giggled together.

"LIKE WE'RE GONNA ALLOW THAT!" Danny shouts, as he and the others rushed toward the eggs.

"Hehehehehe."

The gang stopped when booming laughter and thunderous footsteps announced the arrival of the gigantic Kevin 11.

Everyone jumped back in alarm, prevented from walking any further, because Kevin raised his right diamond arm. Upon slamming it into the ground, huge diamond spikes shot out of the ground traveling from his fist to in front of the heroes, cutting them off from the Dinosaur Eggs.

"You didn't think it was going to be that easy?" Lady Despair mockingly asked the Zyurangers. "It's going to take a lot more than you five to take care of this dilemma."

"That's right, just summon the Guardian Beasts already!" Saleen exclaimed.

"Danny, she's right." said Ben/Mammoth Ranger after a tense minute. "We have to call them!"

Danny/Tyranno Ranger nodded and prepared to raise his fist, but before the others could imitate the pose to call the Guardian Beasts.

"YOU MUST NOT!!"

Everyone froze, for soon a cloud of midnight blue smoke with sparkling lights appeared behind the Rangers, soon it dissipated to reveal Yensid. The wizard keeled over slightly, forming a cane out of ice to support himself on.

"Yensid!' Danny called out in surprise.

"Huh?" Lady Despair and Saleen looked surprised and upset by Yensid's interruption.

The wizard caught his breath and walked toward the group, his eyes flickering from their visors to Despair up on the cliff.

"It took a lot out of me, instant-transport drains my magic a lot more than it did long ago. But I still had the power to come here and prevent you from heading straight into your destruction." Yensid warned in a foreboding tone.

"What are you talking about?" Danny asked in a frantic tone, mind still focused on the eggs and the bus.

"Lady Despair was waiting for this day," Yensid stated. "For it is the day of the Solar Eclipse!"

"Solar Eclipse?" Danny questioned, mind now more focused on Yensid, as were the others.

"Yes, I feared that this would happen and it is." Yensid stated solemnly. "Lady Despair's powers were repressed by her imprisonment, but they have started to resurface and at the same time as the most Complete Solar Eclipse in a century, her powers of darkness will be full restored!"

"What does that have to do with us?" Danny asked warily.

"DaiZyujin's power comes from 'Gaiatron', a mysterious energy produced by Earth's greenery and sunlight." Yensid explained.

Everyone reacted to that bit of news, they weren't aware that DaiZyuJin had a power source, and it was the reason for Lady Despair bringing them to this place.

"Precisely!!" Lady Despair gloated from atop of the cliff. "And with my powers of darkness at their ZENITH I will be able to start to drain DaiZyuJin of his Gaiatron energy, the longer he's trapped in the darkness of the Solar Eclipse. Any other time, it would be pointless from me to try to drain him of his powers, but with the suns rays cut off completely from the Earth..." Lady Despair grins, waving her arm from the Sun to the Earth in a overexcited manner. "He will have no energy to replenish himself! He will be vulnerable!!"

Lady Despair painted a horrifying image for the heroes, the sun gone completely, and DaizyuJin falling to the ground, unable to move one bit.

Despair's voice cut them from their thoughts, "So, what's it to be then?"

"She's right, either you summon the Guardian Beasts." Saleen informs them, with an impertinent smirk on her lips. "Or you can say 'bye-bye' to the eggs and the children."

"The clock is ticking!!" Lady Despair mocks them further, by creating a red-glowing digital clock with a hand, ticking away toward the number twelve. "You've got till the count of twelve, Super-Dorks!!"

Danny, Ben, Juniper, Kurt and Ben looked up in alarm as the bus was being pushed further and further to the edge of the cliff.

"Yensid, how long will the Eclipse last?" Raph quickly asked the Wizard, earning a look of surprise from the others.

"About thirty minutes, but during that time you'll become weaker and weaker." Yensid warned.

"That still gives us enough time to save the kids, the eggs and get away!" Raph states. "Everyone in agreement?"

"Yeah!"

"Then let's do it!" Danny steps forward, holding his hand up into the air.

-here's the part I added in for ya.-

The bus was now teetering dangerously close to the ledge. The Large Bodies continue to rock and push it violently as the Defenders relentlessly stalked the patrons within. Despair looked to her clock, then back to the Zyurangers.

“Well? The eclipse is about to begin, you know...” she mocked.

There were no other options available.

“We have no choice!” Danny cried. Altogether, the Zyuranger stood side-by-side and raised their hands to the heavens. “Come forth, Guardian Beasts!”

As if on cue, the Guardian Beasts: Tyrannosaurus, ZyuMammoth, Triceratops, Saber Tiger, and Pteranodon, rushed into the scene, answering their call. Despair and Saleen let out cheers of victory, though premature.

“We did it!” Despair cheered. “They're finally here! Everything's going my way!” She turned toward the bus and her minions. She elegantly motioned her free arm downwards, as though she was granting permission. “Push the bus over, if you please! Let's splat those children and the eggs flat!”

Billy and Jack nod at their mistress' request. Together with the Heartless, they gave the bus another good shove or two. The front wheels no longer had the support of the ground beneath it. The driver and Miss Keane held to the children, all screaming. The children hugged the adults tightly, crying and shrieking with each jolt. The Zyurangers couldn't take this any longer.

“Stop it!” Danny shouted.

One after the other, the Zyurangers jumped into their respective Guardian Beasts: Danny with the Tyrannosaurus, Ben with ZyuMammoth, Raph with Triceratops, Kurt with Saber Tiger, and Juniper with Pteranodon. The rangers used their crystals to synchronize with them before uniting them into the great DaiZyuJin.

“Let's go, DaiZyuJin!” they cried together. Electric energy surged through the mighty robot. Its eyes flashed red and yellow repeatedly, signaling life flowing within it.

Right as DaiZyuJin had formed, the bus had toppled off the cliff. The people within continued to scream, cry, and wail, fearing the end was near. They had their lives ahead of them and they were going to be taken away in an instant. Not just them, but the Dinosaur Eggs, too. The bus bounced off the rocky walls, shattering the windshield, and cracking a few windows. Before it could collide with its intended target, DaiZyuJin's right hand caught it. The people within the bus jolted and rocked back, shaking, their grip on each other not ceasing. The robot placed it on a nearby cliff, far from Despair and her cohorts.

“Get out of here, hurry!” Danny ordered.

Miss Keane, the bus driver, and the children slowly raised their heads, still startled by the events that transpired. When it finally dawned on them they were safe from harm the fear melted away. They saw DaiZyuJin outside staring at them, not the Heartless. Miss Keane frantically nodded.

“O-O-Okay...” she stammered. She helped the children and the bus driver to their feet. She cleared her throat, regaining her once calm composure. “Run away, everyone!”

She repeated this order over and over again even after she opened the bus doors. Normally the schools enforced the children to leave the vehicle in an orderly fashion like a single file line. In a situation of this, it was something no organization or facility could train one for. They all ran out of the bus, some still screaming and crying, but the teacher and driver were doing their hardest to maintain order. The Zyurangers sighed with relief they were finally safe from harm.

However, Sierra had other plans. Her venomous smile didn't leave her elegant face. The wind began to pick up in velocity around her and Saleen. Dark energy emitted from the skull atop her silver staff.

BY THE POWER AND FORCES OF DARKNESS AND SHADOWS, BIND THIS GIANT'S POWERS TO WANE AWAY!!” she crowed.

She pointed a finger to DaiZyuJin. The same dark energy from her staff now radiated from the fingertip. With a long crackle of thunder, dark chain-like energy shot out, entwining itself around DaiZyuJin's arms, legs, and neck.

“What the shell is going on?!” Raph shouted.

The lights within DaiZyuJin began to flicker on and off. The Zyurangers stared in slight terror and bewilderment as their crystals followed suit. DaiZyuJin fell to its knees as the chains grew tighter. Seconds after the chains appeared, they vanished in an instant. Sierra snickered to herself. What a joyous sight this was to her, DaiZyuJin slowly trying to make it back up to its feet. But they were unprepared for Kevin's oncoming diamond arm slashing down widely across DaiZyuJin's chest. It didn't have time to prepare itself for combat after setting the bus down and Lady Despair's spell draining it's power. Sparks flew wildly from the damaged area. Kevin lunged forward for another attack, but was swept aside by the robot's massive arms. He swings wildly again, but the attack is parried yet again. He doesn't falter, he tries again, only this time he's dealt with a hard punch to his chest. The recoil from the blow sent DaiZyuJin stumbling back a few inches. After regaining its composure, DaiZyuJin was ready for a real battle.

Unfortunately for the Zyuranger's, the sun was beginning to become eclipsed by the moon slowly. Yen Sid looked up to the sky with concern as it darkened.
“The eclipse has begun!” he cried, turning to DaiZyuJin. "You must retreat!” The Sorcerer's attention was drawn to the soon-to-be blotted out sun.

Yet again, Kevin attempts to take advantage of this distraction, but his opponent had him well scouted, parrying the strike. Another lunge was thwarted, but he swung down hard with his diamond bladed arm. DaiZyuJin was able to catch the attack with both hands, keeping the appendage held high. It then used the Saber Tiger leg to sweep the Behemoth Chimera off his feet, sending him tumbling to the earth below.

Lady Despair gasped and began to fidget with her Scepter. She was losing this battle and the eclipse had barely started. Her spell didn't have enough time to fully take effect yet! Sierra turned to Saleen and pointed frantically toward the battlefield.

"Hurry Up, Saleen!!" Sierra yelled to her Undine Friend.

The undine nodded and threw herself off the cliff, landing perfectly with her Saleen-boomerang blade at the ready.

"Spirits Dwelling within the Earth!" Chanted Lady Despair, eyes a red-glow and voice distorted, gesturing her arm out toward the ground. "Grant your power's onto Saleen! HAH!! MAKE HER GROW!"

Her Scepter lifted up over her head, Sierra hurled the Black Skull Studded staff down toward Saleen, the scepter impaling itself into the ground a few feet of the Undine as the Skull's mouth opened and unleashed a torrent of red-fiery and electricity crackling energy into the Earth. The ground beneath Saleen cracked and exploded beneath her, lifting her up into the air as the a tornado of white steam and red energy encased her body. Her arms lifted and crying out exhilarated from the overwhelming feeling of power overflowing her being, absorbing the energy she grew to a mammoth 80 stories

The moment the fell energy-surge contacted her, it remade Saleen from the inside out. Her form had changed from a beautiful woman to a monstrous beast. Her soft skin rapidly morphed into a rough carapace that spread chitinous plates down the smooth scales of her tail. Her new armored skin hardened over her shoulders and arms, engulfing her left hand completely and turning it into a pincer-like claw. Her right hand was spared somewhat, retaining its basic shape but sprouting terrible claws instead of fingernails. Her forearm sprouted razor-sharp spikes, with one spike growing more than twice the length of her arm, only to snap off and flip into her waiting hand like a sword. The silk of her hair gave way to stiff fibrils of chitin, with a manta-ray tail in place of her ponytail. while her fair face shifted, her nose sinking into her skull while her carapace erased the fine lines of her cheeks, hardening it as her teeth sharpened and lengthened...

...and when it was done, Saleen was gone. In her place was the most terrible of all sea-monsters: an apex predator fearsome enough to terrify even the long-extinct Megalodon Shark.

“Try me!” the monster hissed as she readied herself, holding her blade high with her normal hand. The stinger that was once her ponytail whipped behind her, snapping as it retracted back.

Saleen-Leviathan

DaiZyuJin inched back startled gazing upon this horrible creature's visage. The Zyuranger were in as much shock as it was.
“What the...” Raph started, pointing at Saleen. He turned to his comrades, “WHAT THE SHELL IS THAT THING!!??" Raph shouted, oh so eloquently.

Saleen darted forward into the battle. DaiZyuJin was ready for her, but he had to pay attention to a recovering Kevin, who circled behind it. He turned back to the leviathan monster in time to catch her blade swiping across its chest, sparks flying frantically. It stumbled backward, turning around to parry Kevin's strike. Saleen swung again and her strike was parried as well. As she staggered, DaiZyuJin threw a right cross, only Saleen was ready for it. She opened her lobster claw and caught the robot's hand. DaiZyuJin tried to wriggle itself free.

The shadow of the moon slowly passed further across the sun.

Meanwhile, Billy and Jack were scrambling to grab the chest with the eggs.
“Quickly, Billy!” Jack quaked, as he shut the chest. Together, they lifted the chest on each end, and began to run off with them.
“Desist!” came a booming voice. Jack and Billy turned their attention to the owner of the thunderous command. Yen Sid stood ever vigilantly, his icy glare was enough to make the mumbling buffoons halt in their tracks. “Give me those eggs!”
“No! No way!” was all Billy could find himself able to squeak out as he and Jack continued to flee the scene. They didn't get too far as Yen Sid hurled his cane at them like a javelin. It hit its mark, landing across the big nosed moron's feet, tripping him in an instant. Jack fell to the gravel as the chest flew from their hands into the air. It bounced off the ground twice before it came at the edge of a cliff. Yen Sid's once calm expression turned to one of fear.
“Oh no!” He sprinted to the chest as quick as his aged feet could carry him. He couldn't afford to let the eggs slip from their grasp again.

Too late. The chest rolled down the cliff and into a river. The current swept it away, possibly back to the sea where it had once called it its sanctuary. Yen Sid came to the cliff, watching as their goal had washed away.

The moon's shadow crept closer across the sun, darkening the sky even more.

DaiZyuJin staggered back, smoke rising from the wounds dealt to it by its opponents. The darkness was draining its energy. It couldn't take any more abuse. Saleen swung her tail, as though she was throwing a muay thai styled kick, connecting with its abdomen, shooting more sparks out. Kevin jumped in and slashes across its chest in a downward diagonal motion, following it up with a quick horizontal slice across the abdomen where his wife had struck. The battle was becoming too much. DaiZyuJin stood in place, exhausted. The Zyuranger tried to maintain their positions within, trying to keep the mighty deity on its feet.
“We can't fight back...” Danny cried. He grasps his crystal firmly and shouted out to the god. “Try to hold on, DaiZyuJin!” A command – no, a plea – that fell on deaf ears. Kevin leapt into the air, placing his feet together, and connected with a well placed kick to DaiZyuJin's solar plexus. The massive blow knocked it off its feet, sending it plunging to the gravel. Saleen and Kevin regrouped, ready to finish it off should it try to stand.

The sky darkened completely. The eclipse had reached it maximum capacity.

Lady Despair gazed up at the eclipse exhilarated.
“Soon, the sun will be hidden from view!” she laughed. She turned back to the battle and pointed to the fallen god. “This is the end of DaiZyuJin!”

DaiZyuJin lied on the cold, hard ground, not showing any signs of life. Smoke rose from every wound dealt to it. This battle was decided the second the eclipse begun. The Zyurangers couldn't believe this.
“Danny!” Ben cried out. They looked up to the sky. The eclipse had reached it maximum capacity, blotting the sun behind the moon's shadow.

“Are we really done for?” Kurt asked.

“Curse them...” Danny seethed, clutching his fist. “Dinosword God Horn!” The clouds flashed with lightning as the signature weapon of DaiZyuJin descended from the heavens. It had enough energy to grab the sword in its right hand. As though it had received a second win, it rose to its feet while using it as a support. Kevin and Saleen couldn't believe their eyes. They had done so much damage to their opponent there was no way it could still be standing. DaiZyuJin rose the sword high and charged into battle, parrying a swing from Saleen's boomerang. Kevin lunged forward, but his swing was parried by the sword as well. He countered with a swift roundhouse kick that was blocked, staggering him back. Saleen's next swing was blocked, followed by her getting slashed across her stomach. DaiZyuJin blocked another shot from Kevin before diagonally slashing him across the chest. Both combatants stumbled to the ground unbalanced. The tide had turned in an instant. Danny clutched his fist triumphantly.
“Now's our chance! Run, DaiZyuJin!” he pleaded. Heeding the TyrannoRanger's call, DaiZyuJin began its retreat.

A venomous glare appeared on Lady Despair's once joy filled face. She was one second away from her goal she could taste the victory.
“I don't think so!” she bellowed. She turned to another side of the quarry. “DragonRanger! It's time for you to take the stage!”

Right on cue, a pillar of smoke rose from the ground. Evil energies were being cast off as though Despair's enlarging spell had been performed. The smoke cleared, revealing a gigantic DragonRanger, holding the Sword of Hellfriede at the ready. Danny stared in disbelief, halting DaiZyuJin in its tracks.
“Phantom!” he cried out.
“Zyuranger!” Phantom shouted. “DaiZyuJin dies here!” He leapt into the air, coming down on DaiZyuJin with a downward slash across its chest. He swung again, but the attack was blocked by the Dinosword. Phantom merely sidestepped and swung again, but it was blocked once more.

"Phantom, you have to come to your sense!! We're the same person," Danny begged. His words fell upon deaf ears. Phantom had already recovered from the parry. He spotted an opening and swiped upward under DaiZyuJin's arm. It wasn't as slow as he had hoped, as it was able to dodge the attack. Another opening! Phantom horizontally sliced across DaiZyuJin's abdomen, and followed it up with a leaping, spinning diagonal cut. The Zyurangers were rocked violently within the cockpit.

“What are you doing, Danny?!” Ben shouted. “We can't escape if we're just avoiding Phantom!”

“But...” Danny hesitated.

Too late to react. Phantom swung his sword wildly, cutting across DaiZyuJin's chest. He spun to the left, striking horizontally at its stomach. Saleen and Kevin finally recovered and joined their comrade. The three combatants circled around DaiZyuJin. All the robot could do was turn its head to each one, trying to figure out which one would make the first move.

Lady Despair cackled evilly. Victory was in her grasp. She pointed at her nemesis.
“Your end has come, DaiZyuJin!” she laughed.

Saleen spun around, making her manta ray stinger ponytail lash out. Instead of acting like a whip, it wrapped around DaiZyuJin's neck until the tip stung it in the face. Yellow electric energy surged throughout its body as the sea witch cackled. Spinning around again, the stinger retracted back to its normal position as DaiZyuJin stumbled. Electricity sparked within the cockpit, causing the Zyuranger to cry out. Phantom and Kevin lunged forward with their weapons at the ready. Phantom sliced across DaiZyuJin's back while Kevin swung his diamond arm across its chest. Finally, Kevin placed his fiery Heatblast-like arm on top of Phantom's blade. Electrical energy surged through both “weapons” and they unleashed the energy. A wave of green spiritual energy and fire shot out, consuming DaiZyuJin in a flurry of smoke and sparks.

The damage done by the assault sent the Zyuranger, unmorphed, crashing to the quarry ground. The earth split open, shooting up fire and magma in its wake. Sparks continued to shoot out of DaiZyuJin as it fell backwards into the pit awaiting it. The Zyuranger got to their feet and ran to their guardian.
“DaiZyuJin!” Danny cried. They ran to the edge of the pit, watching in sheer terror as DaiZyuJin was consumed in a fiery explosion.
“DaiZyuJin!” they cried out.

One-by-one, they watched as their Guardian Beasts sunk into the magma, roaring their last.
“Tyrannozaurus!” Danny cried.
“ZyuMammoth!” cried Ben.
“Triceratops!” cried Raph.
“Pteronodon!” cried June, placing a hand to her mouth.
“Saber Tiger!” cried Kurt, smacking the ground. It was over. The battle was done. DaiZyuJin had fallen. The Guardian Beasts dead. Tried all they may, nothing could stop the tears from flowing.

"I don't believe this....It's like when I thought Gwen died." Ben chocked out in anguish.

"I can't believe it," Juniper sobbed, through her hands covering her mouth. "it's like Lady Despair destroyed a part of us."

"They were always there for us when we needed them," Ben moaned in sorrow.

"And now they're gone...." Kurt gasps in pain, at the sight of Sabre-Tooth sinking into the lava. "Just when we needed them the most!"

Danny's eyes were clenched in grief, and anger at himself and Phantom.

"I'm sorry you, guys. I failed you......." Danny chocked out in grief. "But Phantom is me in a sense, and I couldn't fight against him. Knowing all he went through, it would've been like killing myself!"

The other looked at him in sadness, but resigned as they understood what Danny was going through, they all went through it at one point. But even so, Danny's reluctance to fight his alternate-future self led to this, the end of DaiZyujin and the Guardian Beasts. Gone, leaving them alone in the darkness.

And then, the moon's shadow left the sun, brightening the sky to its former blue hue. If they could've held on for a few more minutes, the Zyuranger might have been able to succeed in warding off Despair's minions. DaiZyuJin would still be alive.

An evil laugh filled the air as Despair walked toward the broken Zyuranger. For so long, they had been a thorn in her side. This time, victory was finally hers. They couldn't turn toward her. They were still in shock over what had transpired. With a venomous smile, and clutching her staff closely, she continued to laugh mockingly.

“At last, DaiZyuJin is defeated! The Earth is mine for the taking!” With a final laugh, Despair teleported back to her castle on the moon, leaving her opponents battered, bruised, and broken.
