The scene was Metropolis, and it was pure chaos as massive explosions rocked the city, huge blasts of energy were shot as the greatest battle yet was taking place in the city. As building cracked and fell apart, or caught on fire. One woman stood in front of a camera, as the explosions and fight sounds commenced.

The woman was certainly attractive, with a good figure, long black hair and a cute face. She wore a purple dress jacket and a short, white skirt. She was Lois Lane, intrepid reporter, and the camera-man was Jimmy Olsen. Granted they weren't field reporters, but on a scoop like this, how could they resist to get the first hand scoop of it?

"This is Lois Lane from the Daily Planet, live from the scene of the century!" Lois says as her and jimmy try to stand up in the gushing wind.

Lois holding a microphone in one hand, and holding down her hair with the other.

"As well we all know, our planet has been besieged by the attacks of a twisted immortal sorceress known as Lady Despair," Lois carried on. "This sick individual literally grows more powerful from negative emotions, and has made Earth her next meal stop. Plaguing us all with her demonic worshipers, villainous followers and alien mercenaries."

The view was shown through the camera now, which shook as a massive tremor shook the group, as a figure crashed into the street in front of them. Pulling himself out of it Captain Marvel, who flew out and back into the battle.

"At five Am this morning," Lois turned back to report. "Lady Despair and two of her top generals, Heloise and Baron Mordo, attacked Metropolis city. Seeing this as a open act of war, every single member of the Justice League, and assorted allies have gathered together to deal with the threat."

"And hopefully, finally end the shadow of fear that has loomed over our planet since Lady Despair appeared."

The two duck behind some large rubble, as various energy blasts nearly hit them, peeking up over the rubble they saw Doctor Fate, The Green Lanterns, Black Lightning and Dark Spectre Queen Vanessa blasting at a massive dragon. The dragon towered over them, standing at least thirty feet high. It was squat and heavily built, a fortress of reptilian muscle and scales. The monster had two snarling heads, on the end of long, craning necks. It flexed short, clawed arms angrily; letting out a vicious snarl as it loomed over its prey. It breathed out fire and red lightning, as it's wings produced a massive gal.

The Sorceress Dark Spectre Queen joined hands with Doctor Fate, and with their combined magic, unleashed giant magical staples to pierce into the creatures wings, pinning it backwards into two skyscrapers.

"It appears that Lady Despair has morphed herself into a horrible Dragon," Lois reports. "And is fighting off the league, but it seems hard pressed."

Superman appears with Wonder Woman, and he breathes out a massive icy gal into the fire breathing dragon head, encasing it's mouth in ice. Black Lightning redirected the lightning blasts from the other head. While Wonder Woman spun her golden lasso over her head, before throwing out the lasso over the dragon's lightning breathing head. And soon tightened the lasso, Superman flew over to help, with Icon, Captain Marvel and Superboy, who leaps into view, to pull harder on the lasso, causing the two heads to smash together. The force shattered the ice of the other head of the dragon, the two thrown for a loop, and unable to avoid a powerful barrage from the Green Lanterns rings.

Elsewhere, a man fought against Zatanna, Artemis and Miss Martian.
The man had a short, neatly trimmed beard, with his hair drawn back in a slender topknot. He had a stern, humorless face, and was powerfully built, clad in green clothes with a gold medallion around his neck. This was the wizard Mordo.

The evil sorcerer form two swords with his magic, and leapt to attack Zatanna. But Artemis got in the way with her own flat blade sword, and delivered several kicks to the sorcerers stomach. Baron Mordo flew backwards, and skidded to a halt on his feet, and pointed his swords at them unleashing a tornado at the two girls.

"!odrom ta kcab elag lufcerof eht dneS" Zatanna chanted backwards.

And that redirected the tornado at Mordo, who was knocked back several feet, his swords dissipated as he felt backwards. And when he looked up, he saw Miss Martian and The Martian Manhunter floating over him.

"Sleep" They telepathically ordered.

And with that, Mordo passed out on the ground.

On the other side of town Kaldur, Marie, Blue Beetle, La'gan and Static fought with Black Canary, Red Arrow and Green Arrow against Heloise and two of her mechanical monstrosities. Heloise was a short young lady with a red hooded jacket and black skirt, with knee-high boots covering her feet and legs. Her blond hair tied back in a ponytail and her face was that of someone who often showed a smug look.

Heloise created destructive robots for Lady Despair to make people suffer, her two robotic monsters were such that one channeled and shot out lightning, and the other was a giant flame-throwing lighter. Static and Marie's lightning and fire attacks didn't do anything but fuel the creatures.

Heloise however, wasn't helpless, she was a expert fighter, armed with a jagged edged blood red dagger, she expertly sliced and deflected any arrows shot at her and managed to knock out Black Canary before she could use her canary scream.

She held out against out against Beast Boy and La'gan who dash out to surprise attack her, but she produced a silver rod that knocked them unconscious in one hit, and ready to slash them.

But the group was saved when Hawkman and Hawkwoman appeared, and with a mighty whack, they demolished the two robots. And Kaldur jumped into the air and swept up Heloise into a wave of water, and with a zap from Static, the mad scientist was shocked unconscious.

Back at the original scene, The Green Lanterns John and Hall were joined by Red Tornado, Kid Flash and The Flash. Kid Flash and The Flash began to spin rapidly around the Dragon-Despair, and with Red Tornado sucking up the air in the vacuum finally rendered the dragon breathless to the point it blacked out.

And with that a bright flash and explosion sounded, and when the air cleared, there lay a woman on the ground. Tall and beautiful, she had long golden hair and pink-colored cat like eyes, which temporarily opened up before closing, and was dressed in a simple but elegant dress with a black top, and dark purplish-pink covering her legs. The dark top of her dress blossomed out into a high collar of pink that looked almost like spikes. She had a silvery metal talon worn over the index finger of her right hand.

It was the true form of the evil empress, Lady Despair.

"I...I don't believe it...." Lois exclaimed. "It...."

She stumbled out of the hiding spot with Jimmy.

"They've done it! Lady Despair is defeated!!" Lois cheered.

Jimmy aimed the camera at the prone form of the sorceress, and everyone watching erupted into thunderous cheers of joy.

Location: Hall of Justice. Time. 13:40:50 CST

It was still hard to believe, even with the whole Justice League and Young Justice Team gathered together in the main hall, where they heard the news from the Dark Spectre Queen and Persephone herself. Persephone and Vanessa sat almost side by side, but were separated by a woman seated between them on the long couch. She had long, silky brown hair done up into a tight bun under a golden helmet, she wore a long white sleeveless dress, and held a spear and rectangular shield in her hands, with both items glowing with magic. Her face was beautiful, but also somewhat scary, the way a warrior goddess should look. And her storm-grey eyes were bright and full of fierce energy.

This was Athena, Goddess of Civilized life, Wisdom, war, arts and crafts. She had come personally to inform the heroes of what would now transpire.

All of the justice league, and Young Justice Team either stood or sat around the three goddesses.

"Congratulations, Heroes." Athena said in her strong, loud voice. "You have accomplished a great task, you've taken care of that insidious woman and done a great service to the world."

"Athena has discussed it with her father, Zeus, and they have agreed that due to her attacks on Marie and Persephone." Vanessa said to the group, reminding them all of the Chair of Forgetfulness incident. "And unleashing Hecate among other things, she is a considerable threat and offense to the Greek pantheons."

"So, we will have her and her two lackeys tossed into the pit of souls itself," Athena declared.

"You mean...Tartarus?" Pyronies gasped.

"You know of any other Pit of Souls?" Athena asked with a small smile.

"Wow. That's big time punishment," Static comments. "You save that place for only the most whack sickos, don't you?"

"Indeed. The 'Whackiest'." Athena admits with a bemused smile.

"And your sure she won't be able to escape?" Superman asked carefully, unsure if his question would anger the goddess.

"No chance of that," Persephone piped up. "Hades is personally escorting her and those toadies of that witch to the underworld. And when my hubby gets his hands on somebody, there's no letting go."

Persephone said it in a approving, turned on manner, before giggling. Which had some of them chuckling, shuffling uncomfortable, or just blushing. Marie face palmed.

"Mother.." Marie groaned.

"Yes, I recall, that's what lead to you getting married." Vanessa joked.

"You should've seen it." Tigress said. "Despair didn't know what hit her, and her lackeys, piece of cake."

"Yep. She was out muscled." Jaime bragged, now out of her scarab armor.

"And she knew it." Bart chimed in, flexing his own muscles in bodybuilder pose.

Conner gave the flash kid a pat on the back, which had him jerking forward from the force.

"Ack!" Bart yelped.

"Nice work, Bart." Conner mock complimented with a teasing grin.

Everyone laughed, relieved to have been rid of one major bad guy, or girl as it were.

"Yeah, but what about her other forces?" Nightwing asked cautiously.

"You needn't worry about them," Athena declares. "When she was captured, her fortress was spirited away, and without Lady Despair they can't transport themselves to Earth."

"And the only ones that could really organize the forces to rescue Lady Despair," Vanessa chimed in. "Were Mordo and Heloise."

"And they'll be with her, also, she's pretty much powerless without THIS." Athena tapped her shield to cause it to flash.

The mirror became like a window, and showed a familiar object, floating in a bottomless grey void. It was a staff with a long, elegant silver handle, the top being shaped like a hand. And resting on the hand was a black crystal skull with two spiral horns sticking up from the forehead.

"We stash her scepter Durandel, the staff of darkness, into this pocket dimensions, to prevent it's dark influence from corrupting the planet." Athena remarked.

"We also had Hephaestus put manacles on her and Mordo, that prevent them from using magic," Persephone told them. "They won't have any power to get out of the Underworld."

Everyone cheered, and seemed ecstatic over the news, thou some of them looked more solemn.

"They were a constant and serious threat," Batman speaks up. "But let's not forget we still have the light, and the apokolips forces out there..."

"But for now..." Wonder Woman cuts in. "We can celebrate, the Queen of Darkness is gone and we can sleep better at night."

That spurred talk of planning a little party, and getting the supplies for it. While many others went to shower, shave, and just unwind from the great battle, thou others went out to help repair some of the damage to the damaged Metropolips.

"I can help with that much," Vanessa said when the matter was brought to her. "But I'll have to sleep for 2 days before I'll be recharged, partially. I hope you all can hold down the fort till then."

"Of Course, Dark Spectre Queen." Nightwing said to the sorceress.

"Marie, tell your mother to say 'Hi' to your father, when she sees him." Vanessa called out, as she disappeared in a flash of violet light.

Marie headed over to her mother Persephone, who was talking to Marie's brother Argus, god of the minerals, stones, and Guardian of the portals to the underworld. She had her son Argus come to the Hall of Justice, in order to get his assistance to travel to the Underworld.

"Yes, I think I owe myself a little 'gratification' in watching that demoness get sentenced to eternal punishment." Persephone said to Marie, when her daughter asked about her trip.

"I wasn't aware you could go to the underworld during the spring and Summer," Zatanna spoke up.

She had spotted Argus, and went over to have a word with him, the two had been dating for a while. But didn't see each other as often as she would like with his duties to the underworld. He prevented the living from entering the underworld, and if they did he made sure they left safely, and ensure no dead souls or demons left the underworld either.

"Oh, I can spend the night with him on occasion, If I clear it with my mother," Persephone said with a rolling of the eyes. "And if I don't stay too long it's fine. And Hades can come up for a few weeks too, not often but he can. But he appreciates my surprise visits."

Persephone winked at Zatanna, who looked over at Argus, who smiled softly at the sorceress in training.

"Yeah, well, I unfortunately don't have your ability to will myself to the underworld and back," Zatanna said.

"Neither does mother, she needs Hermes to escort her, to use her secret passage in her Solarium or Argus to transport her," Marie tells Z.

"Yeah, kinda my job, the taxi driver for people going to the underworld." Argus chuckled, stepping closer to put a arm around Z's shoulder.

Zatanna smiled, and put her hand on his arm to rub it.

"And while I'm down there, I don't see why Argus can't spend a few hours up here with you, Zatanna." Persephone old her.

"Really?" Z asked perking up.

"Of course, consider it one of the many favors I owe you, Child. You did save me from the chair of forgetfulness." Persephone leaned over to take Zatanna's hand into her own, and winked.

"Plus, I know what it's like to be young, in love, and unfairly separated from a boyfriend."

"Mother, you were married to father the whole time," Marie pointed out. "He wasn't your boyfriend."

"Oh, those myths." Persephone sighed, shaking her head as she pulled back.

"I didn't marry your father till one-thousand years later AFTER we'd sorted out that whole 'seeds' incident." Persephone informed her daughter and son. "And when he proposed, I accepted. And we'd been married forty-thousand years since."

Persephone happily smiled, and with that Marie walked away, telling Persephone, Vanessa's message and heading on over to her boyfriend. Who was seated on a bench, and looking furtive.

"Hey, what's up Mr. Grumpy?" Marie seated herself next to her boyfriend, gold bracelets jingling as she sat.

"Oh. I don't know," Kaldur sighed, looking up at Marie with unease in his glimmering, green eyes. "Somehow, it just feels so....unreal."

"Well, yeah, but it was bound to happen sooner or later," Marie cups his cheek, and pulls him into a sweet kiss.

"And she wasn't a god, so it's not like she was invincible." Marie said as she pulled away from kaldur's lips.

Kaldur sighed into the kiss shutting his eyes, feeling his mood light up, and when Marie pulled away he opened his eyes with a soft smile.

"Maybe but...we can't know for certain that she can't escape, or that her followers won't break her free," Kaldur furrows his brow in spite of himself. "You know how devoted they are to her, they won't let this affront pass."

Marie hummed softly, letting her left hand trail down his arm, stroking his muscles in soothing manner. And then, tracing the outline of his tattoos with the tip of her index finger, causing Kaldur to shiver in pleasure.

"Marie, please...." Kaldur said in a low voice.

Marie giggled.

"Well, then I know just the person to alleviate your concerns." Marie said as she stood up, and pulled Kaldur up with her.

"Where are we going?" Kaldur asked his girlfriend.

"To see an old, old, old friend of the family." Marie said with a wink.

"Who precisely?" Kaldur asked warily.

"The oracle." Marie stated. "Well....ONE of the oracles, but he's the most reliable. And if he says it's over, then it's over, right?"

"I guess so." Kaldur said unsure.

------

Location: Star City . Time. 15:08:19 CST

The two had come out onto the home city of Green Arrow. And from there, they walked down the streets and walked, incognito, as they searched for the oracle.

Sure enough, Marie instinctively knew where to find him. Sitting at a newsstand, and counting out his change. He was a bald older man, wearing very dark blue sunglasses, so dark you couldn't see his eyes at all.

"Ahaha. There he is!" Marie said to Kaldur, pointing at the bald old man.

"That's the oracle?" Kaldur exclaimed, a little dubious.

"Appearances, love." Marie said as she kissed his cheek. "Do you look at me and think I'm some weak, helpless chick, who needs saving from rough, brutish bad guys?"

"Not at all....well, not till I knew you." Kaldur remarked, giving her a one-armed hug.

"Well, then reserve judgment till you've spoken to him." Marie said poking Kaldur in the cheek teasingly.

"Hello, Oracle, your looking well." Marie called out when they got closer.

"Ah. Marie, Kaldur," The man stopped to look up at them. "Oh, come on now, your just being nice, I'm starting to look like a shaved cat."

Marie giggled, and walked up to hug the oracle around the neck, like a older uncle.

"Oh, nonsense." Marie complimented.

"You....know my name?" Kaldur asked.

"Well, I'd be a poor oracle if I didn't know a persons name before they came to me," The Oracle chuckled, shifting his glasses briefly. "But also, your ALL the rage among the Greek Pantheon. The most beloved of Hades daughters, falling in love with a descendant of Poseidon? It makes for interesting news."

"I should hope it was the fact he helped save the world that got their attention," Marie frowned, planting her hands on her hips. "Not who he was descended from..."

"Oh, it was that too. The God Of The Sea felt like bragging, thou so did Zeus and Hades, since their kids had helped too." The Oracle said.

"Well, in that regard, could you help us...so to sorta thank us for saving the world?" Marie asked cautiously.

"Hehehe. No prob, sweet thing. Hit me." The oracle said.

"Our fight with the dark sorceress Sierra D'spayre, also known as Lady Despair" Marie asked.

"Is it really over?" Kaldur asked.

The Oracle pulled up his glasses, revealing two eyes glowing brightly with blue energy, and to Kaldur's further surprise, thou Marie was unfazed, summon a swirling ball of energy in his hand.

"I see....Nothing." The Oracle declared.

He held up his hand, and the floating ball was examined by Marie.

"Nothing? Okay...." Marie said slowly.

"Are you certain?" Kaldur asked.

"Four thousand years, and not a single mistake, my boy." The oracle bragged. With a smirk, he shut his hand, canceling the ball and lowered his glasses to cover his eyes again. "Not bad for the business of seeing the future."

"Well, thank you very much." Marie stated, dropping a twenty on the counter. But the oracle gave it back.

"This one is on the house, Dear. I owe your grandmother for that lovely apple tree she gave me six hundred years ago." The oracle said with a smile, waving the two off when Marie took back the twenty and walked away.

"Nothing? That could mean the end of the world," Kaldur said fearfully. "Nothing left."

"But we were asking him about Despair, 'Nothing' could mean it's really over." Marie assured her boyfriend.

"I really hope so....maybe I've been fighting too long," Kaldur remarked. "Or it is perhaps, just cause I know this is but one battle and there's still more evil out there to subdue."

Marie smiled, and reached out to take Kaldur's hand in her own, and kiss the back of his hand. He smiles, and walks closer, to snake his arm around her waist.

"Take ease, drink in everything around you, as my Cousin Athena would say," Marie said. "It's a beautiful day, the world is calm. And your with a beautiful woman, and I'm with a handsome man."

"Only handsome?" Kaldur asked with a cocked eyebrow.

"Hehehe. Gorgeous." Marie cooed, leaning her head against his shoulder. "And my dear Aunt Aphrodite would say, 'There's no better recipe for forgetting the ills of the day, then two good looking people, together and in love.'"

"Hehehe. A wise goddess." Kaldur chuckled.

And the two walked down the sidewalk, letting the cares of the world slip away, as they soaked in the sun and each other's attentions.

-----

But we turned away from the happy scene to a dark place, deep, deep, deep underground. The Underworld.

More specifically, The Judgment Pavilion.

The place where the dead go to be judged by judges like King Minos, Thomas Jefferson and William Shakespeare. Today, it was Minos making the judging, the others being off on a break. A long line of souls stretched out the door, and out of view, as Minos passed sentence on another soul.

"I sentence you to Eternity in Tartarus!" Minos bellowed, as he slammed his gravel onto it's stand.

For the judges are able to enter the mind of who they are judging, and recall their memories to judge them. And once the Gravel is banged, the soul is transported instantly, to the place befitting the soul.

In this case, it was the soul of Orm, Prince Orm of Atlantis, Former prince. And the vile villain Ocean Master.

"NOOOO!!!! YOU CAN'T DO THSI!!!" Orm screamed, as he vanished like a fog being blown away.

"You'll find that I can," Minos said in smug tone. He sighed as he looked out at the long line of dead souls. "Oh, will this line never end?"

The Pavilion sudden began to shake, and a pillar of purple energy shot out of the floor, revealing four figures; three manacled and chained, while the fourth held their chains. It was Hades, lord of the Underworld, he was decked out in a black tuni, with a red cloak over his shoulders. On his head rested his symbol of power. A purple helmet that resembled that of a regular Greek hoplite, the Helmet of the Darkness was decorated by five horn-like spikes sticking up from it; three at the front and one on each side. The Helm's face was outlined with gold, and the three horns above the face each had one ruby set in them. It was the only the only ornament he wore, besides a opal ring on the fourth finger of his right hand, his wedding ring from Persephone.

"Greetings Minos, I bring to you three contemptible wretches to judge," Hades tugs the chain to force them forward. "They have dared to target the gods in their mad grab for power, and having attacked my wife and daughter, I would see them sentence now."

Thou Heloise and Mordo appeared frightened, Lady Despair seemed to be calm. Her expression was a mix of boredom and contempt as the three of them awaited sentencing.

Like a ghost stepping out of the mist, Persephone appeared with a bouquet of every type of wild-flower in her hair, her arms looping into Hades. Persephone leaned her head affectionately against his broad chest, while the Lord of the Dead stared down at her with a loving gaze.

"Hades, My Love,” she cooed, “I just came for the farewell party.” Before her and Hades stared at Sierra with a disdainful look, especially given the sorceresses demon having nearly killed their daughter.

"Hello, Sierra, how are you doing?" Persephone mocked. "You’re looking under the weather… and underground too."

She giggled at her joke, and Hades laughed as well, but Lady Despair sneered at the goddess.

"Hello, your most ESTEEMED Highness, Iron Queen Persephone." Lady Despair gave an appraising look. "You’re looking much better, but I bet you haven't been sitting down for a while, considering your ASS was frozen to that chair!"

Lady Despair threw her head back to laugh, Heloise and Mordo joining in. Persephone growled, her flowers shifting to angry, red-looking snapdragons.

"Watch your TONGUE, witch!" Hades snapped. "Your tricking my wife into my chair of forgetfulness, adding THEFT of a god’s property to the list of offenses, has made sure you will be sentenced to an agonizing eternity. But your minion also nearly killed our precious first born, Marie. Don't add fuel to the fire."

Persephone turned to look up at Hades lovingly, her snapdragons now looking like pink rose buds.

"Oh, Hades, I do so LOVE IT when you get protective over me and our children," Persephone cooed.

"Mmmmm~ My dearest Sephy, you know you’re the sunshine of my heart," Hades purred. "What would my life be without you to light up the underworld?"

The two leaned closer, and soon began kissing. Heloise stuck her finger in her mouth and gagged, while an uncomfortable Mordo looked away from the sight.

"Oh, please!" Sierra rolled her pink, catlike eyes in exasperation. "Some God of the Underworld you are!" Her biting words made the two pull apart to stare at her, slightly put off by her interruption.

"Perhaps I wield my power in subtler ways," Hades said with a mocking glance to Sierra.

"Well, he has a point. Subtle is NOT one way to describe you, My Lady." Heloise giggled.
Lady Despair turned to narrow her eyes at Heloise, who coughed awkwardly.

"Well, it's easy to wield all that power, when you’re hiding out in your plush palace all day!" Lady Despair rebuked in obvious contempt.

"Is it any wonder your kids are such a mess?" She continued. "Hanging out with mortals, helping people, and more or less nearly getting themselves killed."

Hades’ eyes glowed with suppressed power, while Persephone tightened her hold on her husband’s arm, her flowers turning to burnt, withered branches in her anger at the reminder of Marie, who Sierra's minion nearly killed.

"Well, we'll be sure to invite our children to talk things over in that PALACE." Sephy spoke up.

"Yes, the palace where we plan to spend many an hour," Hades added. "While you luxuriate in the Dungeons of Tartarus, for eternity."

Minos the Judge smiled at these words, and he eagerly raised his gravel to sentence them and teleport Lady Despair and her minions to said place. Hades and Persephone looked on with satisfied smiles, unaware of the evil glint in Sierra's eyes. And suddenly, she ran forward to the stand and put the chains connecting her wrists under the gravel. In a small explosion, the chains were shattered to bits.

Minos’ eyes widened in fear and alarm.

"Ahahaahahaahaaha!!!" Lady Despair's high pitched, crazy laugh echoed through the Hall of Judgement. As she turned, whipping off the manacles, sealing her powers, from her wrists.

"You expect chains to hold ME!!?" She shouted in glee and accusation.

Hades and Persephone both jerked back, faces pulled tight in stricken horror.

The chains on Mordo and Heloise too disappeared, and Hades was unprepared for Mordo, who levitated his Helmet of Darkness off his head.

"NO!!" Hades turned to grab his helmet, but it was the wrong move for it left him and Persephone open.

Lady Despair held out her hand, and in a cyclone of blood red, swirling energy, the two were now trapped in two separate hour glasses. And to Hades’ shock, sand began to fall from the top, and into the bottom.

"HADES!"

Hades turned, horrified to see his beloved wife, trapped in a similar hourglass, also filling with sand.

"NO, PERSEPHONE!!" He banged on the glass, but to no avail.

"Very well done, my most magnificent Mordo." Lady Despair clapped.

The wizard then stepped forward with the Helmet of Darkness, and held it out to Lady Despair, she bowed her head and Mordo set the Helmet over her gold, glowing, silken locks.
"At last..." She hissed in ecstatic joy. "IT'S MINE!!!"

The souls all gathered together in the judgment all screamed in horror and fled, as Minos disappeared himself, for now she had the Helmet of Darkness. Minos had no power over her, but she did over him… And all of the Underworld now.

"Go on, flee, flee in terror! It only feeds me!" The green mist of fear gathered around, and was absorbed by Despair.

"And now, with me as the Ruler of the Underworld, I shall carry on with my plans," She held her hands up in a grand gesture. "The Conquering of Earth, and the destruction of the Justice League!!"

She, Héloise and Mordo laughed in victorious joy.
